So sorry that you are experiencing anxiety. The warmer weather and sunny skies might help, but I know it's also important that you work through the issues plaguing you.
My mom moved to a retirement community a few years after my dad died. It was a hard decision for her to make, but it was a good decision. She is active and has the ability to choose to be around people or to keep to herself. The choice is what's important. When I call her now, more often than not, she's not at home! This makes me feel good. :)
