Pizzelle machine? One more thing that shows I'm an incompetent cook. I've never even heard of that.
They do look yummy!
Pizzelles are very Italian. I brought them to work and lots of folks never heard of them and didn't know how they were made. They ate them up in a flash.
One co-worker got on line to find where they sell the machines and went out yesterday to buy her own. She loved them and never had them before.
The new machines have the non stick finish and you can control how brown they get. I might have to invest in one some day.
