It was a beautiful and sunny day today. We decided to take a ride to the Rhode Island beaches. Everything was closed down for the winter, and hardly anyone around. A couple of people walking dogs on the beach, but that was about it.
Although it was windy and cold by the sea, the sky was so clear and the temp only in the 40's. It felt like spring was right around the corner, and that is a good feeling all around.

I've only been to a beach once, out of season. Such a different feel to it. I'd love to see Rhode Island. I've heard it's a beautiful place, especially in the fall.

Love the pic. Wish i lived close to the ocean...i've never seen one but hope to some day. We are snowed in here in my part of Canada...which is just fine by me.
